The premise of this song is that a world financial system based on growth and greed is just wrong, both for us and the planet. We are using up the world's resources at an ever greater rate and yet the universal financial model is based on growth; it is the fundamental measure…how crazy is that? We need, all of us, to change that model, to find a new measure….Sustainability? Well-being?

I have based the song on the money changers in the bible and the temple in which they resided and tried to make it a little jokey. 'Cos let's face it, when you think about it, it is certainly ridiculous enough to be funny….trouble is, it's pretty damn serious!
